100 Second Cookies

I am hoping once basketball is over I can get back to posting regularly. This has been like having a second job! The last post I did was about our 100th day celebration. On this day, we made 100 Second Cookies that made approximately 100 cookies. Perfect for our celebration! These were very unique because they were made on the waffle maker.

By looking at them you would expect them to taste like waffles. Much to my surprise they tasted like sugar cookies.

The class had fun making these and remember.........

They only take 100 seconds to bake!

100 Second Cookies

1 1/2 cups soft butter
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 tsp vanilla
3 3/4 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 salt
Cream together the first four ingredients. Sift together the dry ingredients: then stir them into the creamed mixture. Drop about two teaspoons of batter onto each  side of a heated waffle iron and cook for 100 seconds.
