Last week, it was just Ella and I here at the house. I heard her say in her most annoying singing tone, "Mom I'm bored!.....I have nothing to do!.......Can I watch TV?.......Can I play on the Ipad?........Will you play with me?"
I decided it was a great time to experiment with the recipe Cookie in a Cup. It is a single serve cookie that takes just a few minutes to make.
We thought it tasted great especially with a glass of milk!
It was the perfect amount of sweetness!
Around here a batch of cookies are usually gobbled up within seconds!
